4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Policies
Local Delivery (UK and EU): Delivery within 5–7 working days after dispatch, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
International Delivery: Delivery within 7–12 working days after dispatch, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, customs clearance, or courier issues.
4.2 Couriers
Our couriers include TNT, UPS, Royal Mail, DHL, USA Postal Service, and other local couriers. The courier used will depend on the shipping destination.
4.3 Customs Fees and International Orders
For customers outside the EU or European Free Trade Association (EFTA), customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid to receive the product on time.
If the customer fails to pay these fees and the product is returned to Romenda.com or its business partners, the return shipping costs and any transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Local Returns (UK and EU)
Buyers may return products within 14 days of receiving the item if they change their mind.
Products must be returned in original packaging and in good condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will exclude transaction fees.
5.2 International Returns
International returns will only be accepted if:
The product was damaged during transit.
The product does not function as intended.
Customers must report damaged products within 24–48 hours of delivery to allow the courier to investigate. Failure to report within this timeframe may void the claim.
5.3 Faulty Products

Evidence of the fault (e.g., photos or videos) must be provided within 14 days of receipt. After this period, the product will be covered under warranty, and refunds will not be issued.
If the customer refuses to provide proof, Romenda.com reserves the right to decline the return and refund.

Customers will be advised in writing where to send returns, as products may need to be returned to a partner location.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
6. Warranty and Manufacturer’s Liability

Romenda.com cannot be held responsible for warranty claims if the manufacturer ceases operations or if the product model is discontinued.

7. Price Match Guarantee
If you find the same item at a lower price from another major retailer (excluding membership clubs, duty-free shops, or marketplaces like Amazon and eBay), contact us with proof of the offer. 8. Feedback and Complaints
We value your feedback to improve our services. For complaints, contact us at hello@romenda.com. We will respond within 5 working days and aim to resolve complaints within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
Romenda.com is not liable for:
Delays, damages, or losses caused by external factors (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance issues).
