  • Claims made after this period will not be considered valid, and the value of the missing items may be deducted from any applicable refund if the product is returned.

2.3 Incorrect Goods Received

  • If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • The product must remain unused for the return to be processed.

  • Claims made after 24 hours or if the item has been used may be considered invalid.
